Norah Jones collaborated with Wilco's Jeff Tweedy to write her new track, Wintertime.

It premiered on Entertainment Weekly, with whom she also discussed the standalone singles she released earlier in the year: A Song With No Name, It Was You, and My Heart Is Full.

Jones has said that she plans to continue to release new material on a track by track basis, as opposed to leading up to the release of an album.

“It’s easy when you get into a record cycle to lose that a little bit… the magic of the song starts to dissipate. Waiting around, getting artwork together… it’s like, let’s just put out the important part and move on.”

Head below to listen to Wintertime, which is a Norah Jones track through and through. Her slightly raspy, but also sweet and strong, voice is at the forefront of the mix, with accompaniment coming from keys, blues guitar and brushed drums.
